Associate your clients in the Partners Dashboard

This section is a tool for agencies and developers who are part of the Mercado Pago Partner Program, where it is possible to register clients in the panel and see their performance, even in integrations that do not have the Integrator ID configured within the platform. This way, you will be able to manage your clients and services better.

Why is it important to link your clients? You will only have access to the benefits of the clients you link through this tool. That is, whenever you have a new client, you must register them to access the financial bonus and preferential rate. Additionally, through this, we will be able to see the performance of your clients to determine your level and, consequently, the benefits you can enjoy in our program.

The sales volume or clients you have not linked will not count towards our records, and therefore you will not have access to the benefits. It is important that the information you register is correct, as your clients will need to acknowledge that you indeed helped them with the integration of their online store.

The benefits of this tool are:

  • Your Clients Area: its goal is to centralize all integrations in one section to manage all your clients from just one tool.

  • Allow the sending of the OPT-IN: for the linking of the integration to take effect, it is necessary to send a notification to your client, who will be able to confirm or deny that you, as a Partner, integrated the checkout in their online store. This will ensure that the integration was carried out by you and for your client, allowing both parties to confirm the information provided.

  • Allow you to track the status of associations: you will be able to follow the status of your submitted integrations and receive notifications based on their status.

  • Allow you to undo an association: considering your autonomy, you will be able to undo an association, which will facilitate better management of your client portfolio and, in the future, allow you to visualize metrics.

🚨 Pay attention: with this new functionality, the form and any other channels you previously used to notify Mercado Pago about your integrations will no longer exist. All management will be done from this new environment.
