Manage subscription plans
You will be able to access your subscription plans and modify them, delete them, or create new ones through Subscription Plans within your Mercado Pago account.

Manage charges for subscription plans
To manage the charges of your subscription plans, go to Subscription Plans, which is located in your Mercado Pago dashboard, in the left side menu.
Once there, click on the Charges tab at the top of the panel.
In this section, you can track the status of the charges and obtain metrics for your subscriptions.
Manage subscribers of subscription plans
To manage the charges of your subscription plans, go to Subscription Plans, which is located in your Mercado Pago dashboard, in the left side menu.
Once there, click on the Subscribers tab at the top of the panel. In this section, you can view all your subscribers, filter them by plans, sort them by custom time periods, manage them individually, and download reports.
To see the details of a subscriber, click on View Details on the right side of each one. Also, by clicking on the three dots on the right, you can quickly access the options Modify Amount, Pause Subscriber, and Cancel Subscriber.
Modify amount
It is possible to modify the amount for which each client is subscribed. When doing so, Mercado Pago will notify the client of the change via email.
To modify a customer’s subscription amount, follow these steps:
- Click View Details of the subscriber.
- Click Modify Amount.
- Enter the new amount and click the Modify Amount button to confirm the change.
Pause subscriber
You can temporarily deactivate a subscriber’s payments. This will make Mercado Pago stop charging that customer until you decide to reactivate them. When doing this, Mercado Pago will notify the customer of the change via email.
To pause a subscriber, follow these steps:
- Click View Details of the subscriber.
- Click the Pause Subscriber option.
- Click the Yes, pause subscriber button to confirm it.
Cancel subscriber
You can cancel a subscriber and stop receiving their payments. When you cancel, Mercado Pago will send a notification via email.
To cancel a subscriber, follow these steps:
- Click View Details of the subscriber.
- Click the Cancel option.
- Click the Yes, cancel subscriber button to confirm it.
Manage a subscription plan
You can access your subscription plans and view them, modify them, or cancel them. To manage your subscription plans, follow these steps:
- Go to Subscription Plans, which is located in your Mercado Pago dashboard, in the left side menu.
- Click on the Plans tab at the top of the panel.
- Click on the three dots located on the right side of the subscription plan you wish to manage. A menu will be displayed.
- Click on View Details to learn about the features of your subscription plan. If you wish to modify it, click on Modify. If you wish to delete it, click on Cancel.
Cancel a subscription plan
To cancel a subscription plan, follow these steps:
- Go to Subscription Plans, which is located in your Mercado Pago dashboard, in the left side menu.
- Click on the Plans tab at the top of the panel.
- Click on the three dots to the right of the subscription plan you wish to cancel or delete. A menu will be displayed.
- Click on Cancel.
Done, your subscription plan has been permanently canceled.
Generate a report
You can generate a report of the subscribers and download it. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to Subscription Plans, which is located in your Mercado Pago dashboard, in the left side menu.
- Click on the Subscribers tab at the top of the panel.
- Use the filters to limit the information you want to obtain in your report. You can filter subscribers by those who are paused, canceled, with collection issues, or who have been successfully charged. You can also filter by different subscription plans and by a custom date range.
- Click on the Download Report button located in the central right part of the subscribers panel.
